Hi
Its been a busy month
had a very successful show last week
and some deliveries to galleries
have had a couple of days off now i need to get some new glass beads made
before our new grandchild arrives in dec.
here is what i finished making last week for the show.
They are 8 full necklaces or wrap bracelets
(the red and black one goes around my wrist 3 times and is gorgeous)
think i may have to keep it, even though it is not my usual colour choice.

hello again
wow 2 posts in the same month
i am getting a bit better
life is a little more peaceful, baby Chase's canines are through,
sleeping better and is not so cranky, but they are both still a handful.
i have had a couple of fairs and makers markets, so have been madly making lots of jewelry and glass
even poured and made 50 resin pendants and keyrings
here are some of the New glass i have been making
the owls are evolving, you can see by the pics, takes some time and patience when you are trying to make the one you are making actualy look like you want them to, mayby a dozen more
and they will be a whole lot better, its so good to be creating again
my stall was bulging with lovely new things.
been a great month, lots more to show and tell real soon

2nd batch, when one lot is not enough
this is how the new beads come out of the kiln, still on their mandrels,
i make them one at a time on a minor burner gas and oxy torch,
putting them into a kiln to anneal them for toughness and durability
now i have to take them off the mandrels and clean the bead release out of the holes
before i make them into jewelry
